- Asteapta aproximativ 2 zile pana iti raspunde cineva
- Confirma-i identitatea (daca iti cere)
Just for fun

Subject: Re: My Personal Profile was Disabled
Hi,
In an effort to maintain a culture of authenticity on the site, Facebook requires users to provide their real first and last names. Impersonating anyone or anything is prohibited, and fake accounts are a violation of our Statement of Rights and Responsibilities.
Our systems indicated that your account may not be authentic based on a variety of factors. If you believe you were disabled by mistake, please fill out the correct contact form to help us verify your identity. You can do so by going to the following link:
http://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=auth_appeal
Please make sure to upload a government-issued ID with this report and make sure that your full name, date of birth, and photo are clear. You should also black out any personal information that is not needed to verify your identity (e.g., social security number).
If you do not have access to a scanner, a digital image of your photo ID will be accepted as well (i.e. a picture of your ID taken with a digital camera). Rest assured that we will permanently delete your ID from our servers once we have used it to verify the authenticity of your account.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to process your request unless the proper identification is attached to the form. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you have any further questions about this process, please visit our Help Center at the following address:
http://www.facebook.com/help/?page=1132
Thank you for your patience,
The Facebook Team

Subject: Re: Disabled Account Appeal-ID Request
Hi,
We need to verify your identity before we can grant you access to this account.
If you don’t have a government-issued photo ID, please reply to this email and attach copies of at least TWO documents that are from a respected institution (for example: business, school) and combined show your full name, birthday, and picture.
We encourage you to cover any personal information (for example: address, license number) that we don’t need to confirm your identity. We also recommend sending your attachments over a secure connection. Find out more here: https://www.facebook.com/help/?page=148993491850191.
Some examples of acceptable documents include:
- School or work ID
- Library card
- Utility bill
- Credit card (with the number covered)
- Birth certificate
If possible, please save this file as a JPEG. Once we receive a clear image of your identification, we will reevaluate the status of your account and permanently delete your attached identification document from our servers.
Please note that we will be unable to process your request unless you send in proper identification.
Thanks,
Tia

Hi,
Thanks for verifying your identity. Note that we permanently deleted your attached ID from our servers.
After investigating this further, it looks like we suspended your account by mistake. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience. You should now be able to log in. If you have any issues getting back into your account, please let me know.
Thanks,
Tia
